私たちはまず、ハンドスタンドのトレーニングでウォームアップします。ハンドトゥーハンドでベースかフライヤーの選択により（あるいはその両方）にその意識を取り入れます。あなたは魔法のバランスを見つけるでしょう！そしてそれが、楽しく流れ、チームワークの整ったウォッシングマシーンの流れの準備となるでしょう！

About the teachers
マークはアクロヨガインターナショナルのイマージョン講師として世界各地で指導をし、アクロフェスでも講師を務めている経験豊富な指導者。また、Tulayogaのプラクティショナーでもあり、深い癒しへと導くパートナータッチを得意とする。このリトリートでは特別にTulayogaのエッセンスにも触れることができます。詳しくはこちらにリンク。
Marc has been teaching AcroYoga internationally for the past 10 years, after transitioning from a scientific career.
Along the way he integrated more movement modalities in his teachings, such as Thai massage, Tulayoga, tango, tai chi, contact improvisation. He has a passion for sharing the joy and benefits of both ancient and cutting-edge practices.
晃子はヨガのE-RYT200ヨガアライアンス資格をもち、アクロヨガインターナショナルの正式指導者。全国をアクロヨガワークショップでまわり、後にアクロヨガフリーダム東京を立ち上げレギュラーで指導している。ヨガインストラクターとして都内スタジオで多数クラスを持ち、企業のヨガイベントなどでも活躍。指導者養成講座の講師もつとめ、幅広い層への指導力に定評がある。
Akiko (www.akikonakamura.com) is free E-RYT200 Yoga Alliance instructor and certified AcroYoga teacher. She started up "AcroYoga Freedom" in Tokyo where she teaches regular acroyoga classes. She occasionally also travels in Japan giving workshop tours.
In Tokyo she also enjoys teaching Yoga for all students including corporate yoga events, and facilitating teacher trainings.

- We will first warm up with handstand training techniques.
- We will take that awareness into your choice of basing or flying (or both!) hand-to-hand.
- You will find the magic connected balance!
- That will get calibrated and ready for some serious "washing machine" teamwork fun and flow!
